Subscription
Gems Agency may allow its Customers to access certain features of the Website by paying a recurring monthly fee (“Subscription”).
Gems Agency Subscriptions are intended and authorized for personal, non-transferable, and non-resalable use only.
By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring Subscription fee at the then-current Subscription rate and accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your Subscription. Your Subscription will continue until canceled by you or until we terminate access to or use of the Website or the Subscription in accordance with these Terms.
You may cancel your Subscription at any time, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.
AUTOMATIC MONTHLY RENEWAL TERMS
Once you subscribe, we (or our third-party payment processor) will automatically charge the Subscription fee on each renewal date. We will continue to automatically process the Subscription fee each month at the then-current Subscription rate until you cancel your Subscription. Instructions for canceling your Subscription are provided below in the "Cancellation Policy" section.
Subscription Cancellation
Canceling your Subscription means that automatic renewal will be disabled, but you will still have access to all the features of your Subscription for the remaining time of your current period. Please note that deleting the app does not cancel your Subscription.

You can cancel a free trial or Subscription by contacting our support at support@gemsmarketingagency.com or by clicking the "Cancel Subscription" button in your account on our website before the end of the free trial or current Subscription period.
